State University of New York at Cobleskill, also known as SUNY Cobleskill, is a fully-accredited residential polytechnic college in Cobleskill, which is a village in the western part of the town of Cobleskill in Schoharie County, in the US state of New York, with a population of more than 4500 inhabitants, estimated during the 2000 census.
SUNY Cobleskill was established in 1916, first starting as the Schoharie State School of Agriculture, and it is one of the oldest institutions of its kind in New York State. It offers its students 41 associate's degree programs and 15 bachelor's degree programs, in areas such as agriculture and technology, business and computer technology, culinary arts, hospitality and tourism, early childhood, and liberal arts and sciences.
SUNY Cobleskill's athletic teams are known as the Fighting Tigers and they compete in NCAA Division III. Their distinctive colors are orange and black.
